Branches Counseling

Professional, faith-integrated counseling right here on the GateWay campus. Because some seasons need more than a good sermon and a cup of coffee.

Real help. Real people.
Right on campus.

Branches Counseling exists to come alongside you in hard seasons — grief, anxiety, marriage struggles, addiction, trauma, or the kind of heaviness that doesn't have a simple name. Our counselors are licensed professionals who integrate faith into their practice, not as a formula, but because it's part of who they are.

The name comes from John 15:5 — "I am the vine; you are the branches." The idea is simple: growth happens when you stay connected.

Two free sessions

GateWay members and Baymonte families receive two complimentary sessions. After that, we offer a sliding-scale fee so cost is never the barrier.

You choose who to talk to.

Therapy

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists working with individuals, couples, teens, and families. Our therapists use evidence-based approaches including EMDR, DBT, and trauma-focused methods — all integrated with faith. For deeper or ongoing needs.

Pastoral Counseling

Short-term, Scripture-rooted support for navigating a specific season or decision. A good starting point when you're not sure what you need — our pastoral counselors help you find clarity and identify the right next step.

Life Coaching

Forward-focused support for goal discovery, action planning, and accountability. Less about diagnosing what's behind you and more about moving toward what's ahead. Great for transitions, calling, and leadership growth.

All services are available in person on the GateWay campus. Several counselors also offer secure telehealth sessions.

Getting started is simple.

1

Reach out

Contact the counselor above to set up an appointment.

2

Meet your counselor

Your first two sessions are free for GateWay members and Baymonte families. We'll match you with a counselor based on your needs — not a random assignment.

3

Keep going — at your pace

After the initial sessions, continue on a sliding-scale fee, switch to telehealth, or get a referral to a specialist if that's the better fit. Go at your own pace.

Picture a conversation — warm, honest,
and completely confidential.

You don't have to know the right words. You don't have to have a diagnosis. You just have to be willing to talk honestly about what's going on. Our counselors meet you where you are — not where you think you should be.

Sessions happen on the GateWay campus in a private, comfortable setting. Some counselors are also available via telehealth if that works better for your schedule.

Everything shared in counseling is confidential.
