One of our proudest legacies.
In 1967, GateWay founded Baymonte Christian School right on our campus at Granite Creek Road. What started as a small school has grown into one of the most respected Christian schools in Santa Cruz County — earning national accreditation from both WASC and ACSI, and a National Blue Ribbon School Award from the U.S. Department of Education.
Today, Baymonte operates as its own 501(c)(3) with independent leadership and finances — but the partnership between church and school remains one of the things that makes this campus special. Families who attend Baymonte often find their way into the life of the church, and vice versa.
